This site is an effort to connect the Dog Community
in the Western Mountain States.
Included inside are links to Clubs, Rescue groups, Veterinarians, Groomers,
Boarding facilities, Trainers, Breed descriptions, Health related articles and contacts,
and so much more.

We plan to have as much information relating to "Responsible Dog Ownership" as we can find and
include. The project began in 2004 and has since evolved into this website.
It is "added to" (and sometimes changed completely) every day and will hopefully continue to grow.
We need your help to make it a useful tool that can help ease the search for dog related information.
If you have any recommendations or corrections as to content, please feel free to contact us.
And if you would like to participate by listing your contact information and sharing your knowledge with
others it would be even better.
All breeds of dogs have unique attributes and every breed is not for everybody. Sharing your knowledge
and experience about your breed of choice will be invaluable to many people.
By sharing knowledge about the breeds we can help to eliminate so many homeless pets that got that way
because the people were not aware of some adversities.
A puppy is great when they are puppy, but not all dogs are small when full grown.
If we haven't placed the answer to your question on this site yet, don't be bashful,
contact us with your question and we will try to find you the answer. We love talking dogs.

Join our Effort
You are cordially invited to join in our effort to connect the dog community.
We hope to eventually be able to have contact information for every Breed, Club, Rescue, Vet, Groomer,
Steward, Boarding facility, Pet sitter, Trainer, Food supplier, Health Fair, or any other dog related entity in
the western mountain states.
Your information will be listed free of charge for the basic information sections and Advertising space is
available to those who have a business they wish to promote.
We must refuse listings of puppies for sale due to an attitude toward "responsible dog ownership" and a
strong dislike for "Puppy Mills" and irresponsible breeding practices. Responsible breeders understand this
attitude.
